The controller of this website takes the protection of your personal data very seriously. We treat your personal data confidentially and in accordance with the statutory data protection regulations and this Privacy Policy. When you use this website, various personal data are collected. Personal data means any information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person. This Privacy Policy explains which data we collect and for what purposes we process it. It also explains how and for what purpose this occurs. We point out that data transmission over the Internet (e.g. communication by email) may have security vulnerabilities. Complete protection of data from access by third parties is not possible.
1. Name and contact details of the controller
The controller for the data processing on this website is: Particify GmbH, Neuenweg 5, 35390 Gießen, Managing Directors: Daniel Gerhardt, Lukas Weingarten, Phone: +49 641 350 990 08, E-Mail: info@particify.de. 2. Rights of the data subject
2.1 Right to withdraw consent
Many data processing operations are only possible with your explicit consent. You may withdraw your consent at any time with effect for the future. An informal email notification to us is sufficient. The lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal shall not be affected.
2.2 Right to object (Article 21 GDPR)
IF THE PROCESSING OF YOUR PERSONAL DATA IS BASED ON ARTICLE 6(1)(E) OR (F) GDPR, YOU HAVE THE RIGHT TO OBJECT AT ANY TIME TO THE PROCESSING OF YOUR PERSONAL DATA ON GROUNDS RELATING TO YOUR PARTICULAR SITUATION. THIS ALSO APPLIES TO PROFILING BASED ON THESE PROVISIONS. The relevant legal basis for processing can be found in this Privacy Policy. IF YOU OBJECT, WE SHALL NO LONGER PROCESS YOUR PERSONAL DATA UNLESS WE CAN DEMONSTRATE COMPELLING LEGITIMATE GROUNDS FOR THE PROCESSING WHICH OVERRIDE YOUR INTERESTS, RIGHTS, AND FREEDOMS, OR FOR THE ESTABLISHMENT, EXERCISE, OR DEFENCE OF LEGAL CLAIMS (ARTICLE 21(1) GDPR).
2.3 Right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority
In case of an infringement of the GDPR, data subjects have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority, in particular in the Member State of their habitual residence, place of work or place of the alleged infringement.
This right exists without prejudice to any other administrative or judicial remedy.
2.4 Right to data portability
You have the right to receive the personal data concerning you, which we process based on your consent or in performance of a contract, in a structured, commonly used, and machine-readable format. You also have the right to have this data transmitted directly to another controller, where technically feasible.
2.5 Right of access, rectification, and erasure
Under the applicable legal provisions, you have the right at any time to obtain free information about your stored personal data, its origin and recipients, and the purpose of the processing. You may also have the right to rectification or erasure ("right to be forgotten") of your data. You can contact us at any time using the contact details provided in the legal notice regarding this and other questions relating to your personal data.
2.6 Right to restriction of processing
You have the right to request the restriction of processing of your personal data. You can contact us at any time using the contact details provided in the legal notice. The right to restriction exists in the following cases:
If you contest the accuracy of your personal data stored by us, we will need time to verify this. For the duration of the verification, you have the right to request the restriction of processing of your personal data.
If the processing of your personal data is unlawful, you may request the restriction of processing instead of erasure.
If we no longer need your personal data, but you require it for the establishment, exercise, or defence of legal claims, you have the right to request the restriction of processing instead of erasure.
If you have objected to processing pursuant to Article 21(1) GDPR, a balance must be made between your and our interests. Until it is determined whose interests prevail, you have the right to request the restriction of processing.
If you have restricted the processing of your personal data, such data may – with the exception of storage – only be processed with your consent or for the establishment, exercise, or defence of legal claims or for the protection of the rights of another natural or legal person or for reasons of important public interest of the Union or of a Member State.
